Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a state of mind that everyone moves in and out of naturally throughout each day.
During a hypnotherapy session you will identify the changes you want to make in your life. As a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist I will guide you gently into a relaxed state of hypnosis which will allow you to alter your perception, talk to your subconscious mind and make the positive adjustments that you want to happen.
Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP is a tool that uses metaphor, language and learning styles to align the mind with the body, making behaviour changes more effective. If you’ve ever felt the way you want to be in the past, but can’t seem to access it now, or even if you can imagine what it would be like, then you have everything you need to succeed. My diploma in NLP means I can teach you how to anchor powerful positive feelings and have them at your fingertips whenever you need them. NLP is especially powerful when combined with hypnosis.
Life Coaching
Life Coaching can be very effective if you are at a cross-roads in your life: knowing you could achieve more but having lost direction or motivation. As a fully trained coach, I can help you reaffirm your goals, discover your true potential and be successful in your chosen field.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness has been described as ‘paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally’ (John Kabat Zinn). It is an extremely portable and useful skill to learn and can have profound and long lasting benefits when practiced regularly.
Eye Movement Integration (EMI) for Trauma
This therapy can help reduce or even eliminate unwanted intense feelings. Moving your eyes whilst you are ‘in touch’ with your feelings creates new neural pathways that you can access, releasing you from an entrenched pathway created during the traumatic event. It is not appropriate for everyone, but we can discuss your options during the initial consultation.
Meridian Therapy
Everyone has a unique energy signature within and surrounding their bodies, a bit like a magnetic field. Tapping key points can help with many issues, from fear of flying to craving chocolate.
