At Altered Awareness, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns for any services or products purchased through our website: www.altered-awareness.com (“the Website”).

 

1. Services

a) Workshops, Events, or Appointments

If you have booked a service such as a [workshop, class, session, or consultation], the following terms apply:

  • Cancellations by you: You may cancel your booking by providing written notice via email to sam.harris@altered-awareness.com. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
     

  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time may not be eligible for a refund. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit for future use.
     

  • Non-attendance: If you fail to attend without notice, no refund or credit will be provided.
     

  • Cancellations by us: If we cancel a service for any reason (e.g. facilitator illness or low attendance), you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
     

 

2. Digital Products or Downloads

If you purchase digital content (e.g. PDF guides, e-books, recorded sessions):

  • You waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
     

  • Refunds will not be provided unless the product is defective or not as described.
     

 

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

If we sell physical goods via the Website, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive the item(s).

  • To request a return, please email us at sam.harris@altered-awareness.com within 14 days of delivery.
     

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
     

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).
     

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
