How it works

The Mind Reboot is a 5 stage therapeutic process delivered over 7-10 one hour sessions, that is designed to reduce stress levels, release trauma/PTSD, resolve anxious, depressive & procrastination states, re-program emotional triggers, and collapse any limiting beliefs.

The program takes an integrated approach by combining elements of neuroscience, hypnosis, NLP, EFT, and solution focused principles to create fast measurable results.

This process will work on anyone that is fully engaged and of sound mind. It can be tailored to the preferences of each client, so anyone can do it.  

​

It is safe, efficient and can be facilitated with little or no description of events and is safe to use in online sessions as well as in person.
