I’ve Got Answers

DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?

I run regular group Mindfulness meditation sessions. The benefits of meditating together with others can be quite powerful. Each session will have a 15 minute teaching component on an aspect of meditation and stress reduction. Each session is self-contained so it doesn't matter if you are new to meditation or been meditating for years.

If you are interested, get in touch and I will let you know when and where the next session is taking place. 

DO YOU OFFER WELLBEING WORKSHOPS?

Yes! I can deliver tailor made workshops to meet your needs. I am comfortable working with small or large groups. The workshops are designed to be thought provoking, engaging and fun. Contact me today to find out more. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

  • One session                                           (50 to 90 minutes depending on your needs)                                       £80

  • A block booking of 5 sessions           £300

  • A one off stop smoking session        £200

  • Meditation session                              £10

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Make sure you have completed the intake form and the GDPR form before the session as this will save time and help me to understand your requirements more fully. 

Write down any questions or concerns if you have any. 

Give yourself plenty of time to get to the session so you don't feel rushed or stressed on arrival. 

Curiosity and open mindedness are useful attributes to bring with you. 

CAN I HAVE SESSIONS ONLINE?

Yes, you can. 

If you are unable to attend in person due to logistical or physical constraints, I can send you a link to a video appointment. I highly recommend your first appointment is in person, if possible. 

HOW ANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

There is no set number of sessions because everybody is different and has different needs. If the issue is ongoing and complex, you will benefit from more sessions. You can discuss this in the initial phone consultation. Sessions should ideally be no more than one or two weeks apart in order to build on the progress made each time.
